Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania. Plus za dostępność parkingu oraz czystość pokoju. W zestawie są ręczniki i podstawowe środki czystości czy kosmetyki. Blisko do atrakcji turystycznych i do sklepów ( w tym biedronka praktycznie naprzeciwko)
Latem doskwiera brak klimatyzacji. Jest co prawda wentylator, ale nie daje rady schłodzić mieszkania. Fajnie byłoby gdyby mieszkanie posiadało zmywarkę czy pralkę, ponieważ jest na to miejsce. Wieczorem może być głośno ze względu na lokalizację tuż przy głównym deptaku.
