Seaside Modern Flat I @ Historical Cascais

Amazing location, less than a 2 minute walk from the flat floor to the beach.

Uber clean. Located right in town so ideal for accessing everything. Some reviews said street noise a problem but we didn’t find that at all. All beds really comfy. Both bedrooms spacious. I would return!

On first 3 days building works made a lot of noise and created so much dust couldn’t sit on balcony without cleaning it- this obviously not fault of property owners though. Once these building works complete, I would say balcony needs to be tarted up a bit as wasn’t as quality as inside of apartment. Bit odd that only 4 seats round table and balcony but imagine this was due to lack of space. Lounge tiny so all 5 of us wouldn’t have fitted in there on the 1 sofa (this was large and very comfy) but not a problem for us as out most of time.

It was super central surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was clean and modern

If you have a car you need to park in underground car park. Also, it does have steep stairs to the property so be aware if you have mobility issues or a heavy suitcase.

Posizione centrale in zona pedonale e vicina alle spiagge

Appartamento posto al primo piano, strettissimo e lungo. Arredi e finiture molto standard, pulizia deludente. Divano scomodo e anche la zona del tavolo molto piccola e scomoda sia per mangiare sia per lavorare. Il piccolo balconcino è inutilizzabile per il fortissimo odore di cibo che arriva costantemente dalle due attività ristorative sotto e per lo sterco di gabbiano che ricopre ogni cosa. Scala molto ripida per raggiungere l'appartamento e rumori fino a tarda sera provenienti da scarichi, impianti di aerazione e cucine sotto. Prezzo non equilibrato
