I liked how quiet it was and how even though it’s in condos it’s an easy access. It had enough space for my family.
That the dish washer was broken and I needed to buy dish soap. I saw reviews about the blinds and I kept thinking that was silly to complain about but when you are in the bathroom you don’t want to think the condo across the way can see in through the broken blinds. So I think fixing the blinds and dishwasher would be nice.

Great location, 20 min to Waterville Valley and 7 min to a food truck pod in Campton. The unit felt private even though there are multiple nearby units. Great spot to crash after skiing.
The condo itself is looking a bit tired and old, bathroom was the worst. Not dirty but many, stains, ceiling holes and broken blinds.
