Great location if you need to be close to the airport. It was neat and the staff were helpful and great! The food was good. Staff were very helpful.

We came in through the back road, that’s where the map directed us, it was really bumpy but when leaving we discovered that was not the correct road. I suggest you call ahead so you can be directed properly.

Staff response was a top notch and good service delivery experience .

Good location, friendly staff

They weren't sure of the price I should pay. The manager the receptionist was speaking to assumed Booking.com rate would be higher and was eager to say I should pay what I saw online but when they realised it was lower than actual in-person price they started going back and forth and I had to wait in the lobby for about 15/20 minutes with my little niece and our luggage. I was also walking out when one of staff ran after me that I'm yet to pay for the food I ate. I corrected them I had paid and had to show receipt, then I also mentioned even if I hadn't paid there was no reason to run after me as I was still checked in.
