Lift didn't work but understood completely as we were told in advance and they were working on it

Great location, lovely apartment. Very clean, easy parking.
There was a really bad drain smell in the main bathroom. As a seasoned inspector there is an obvious leak somewhere. Or the vent pipe is allowing back pressure to build up. This should not put you off going there, however it does need sorting out.
