Good property but needs some TLC
Size , kitchen facilities , warm
Some beds were extremely uncomfortable , not enough chairs in the sitting room for 5 guests, bedding basic

It was because we had a funeral we chose accomodation because of location
Location
Seating uncomfortable,duvets too small for bed Lack of drawers for clothing, cheap iron , broken clothes airer , large hole where paddling pool had been so dangerous well established weeds all over garbage bins outside full on arrival toaster not cleaned , table set with plates glassware but crumbs under placemats and jam on table , extender leaves on table filthy and i left them like that . There was no information about workings of central heating or any welcome pack about area or garbage days to put out bins , plenty of extension leads ,
