Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit einer Art Wintergarten. Gute Küchenausstattung und Klimaanlage.
Bad könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen bzw. Müsste etwas besser gegen feuchte Wände geschützt werden.

Gute Lage in ruhiger Straße, Hafennähe. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Holz-Wandverkleidungen. Gute Absprache mit Vermieterin.
An kühlen Tagen ist das Appartement zu kalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit in Bad und Wohnzimmer zumal die Aussentür undicht ist und Lücken aufweist die im Gegenlicht deutlich erkennbar sind. An den Mauern abseits der Holzwände gibt es Feuchtigkeitsschäden, Farbe blättert ab, ev. Schimmelbildung. Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil.

Die Lage zum Hafen war schön.
Die Feuchtigkeit im Fischerhaus bescherte uns in der ersten Nacht eine nasse Bettdecke (!!!) Durch vermehrtes Lüften wurde dies besser. Aber die Grundfeuchtigkeit zeigte sich an Schimmelbefall, der weiss blühte und auch schwarz sichtbar war. Keine adäquate Heizung vorhanden, nur Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich.
