Mieszkanie w wieżowcu na ostatnim piętrze. Budynek z windą. W okolicy normalne osiedle mieszkaniowe. Sklepy. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Niedaleko od centrum.
W mieszkaniu była terma a nie ma takiej informacji w ofercie. Nie każdy umie używać i z tą też były problemy. W kuchni naczynia i rzeczy z przypadku. Część bardzo zniszczona.
