Sehr zentral, man ist direkt in der „Einkaufsmeile“ und wenige Meter vom Strand.

Es ist schon recht hellhörig. Das Be-und Entladen der LKW‘s im Erdgeschoss ist sehr deutlich in der 2.Etage zu hören, was früh morgens schon stört.
