Tortuga Apartments Lagun

The property exceeded our expectations. The infinity people, the access to the ocean, the amenities. Our apartment was on the second floor. The outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and the ocean was beautiful!! The owner, Piet, is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We appreciated his promptness to respond to our few requests. We strongly recommend this property!

Immaculate property and apartment. Location is perfect for those looking for something closer to nature and off the tourist path. Dive into the ocean right past the beautiful infinity pool. Owner is helpful and welcoming. Perfect in every way.

The property is located beautifuly with an amazing view. The building looks pretty new and is very neat. There are fans on the seiling.

We had a few issues that will be listed below: - Check-in was a bit messy. We booked a Terrace, got a Balcony and when they promised to switch us, they left and went home - The pool was filled with sand and rocks - The TV was not usable. It had no channels, no apps such as Netflix, Prime or Disney+ and it had no streamingoptions - Airco in the livingroom was not working and the one in the bedroom was barely working - It says non-smoking throughout but you can smoke on the property - Communication was hard. We were told when booking that 1 night ($150) + water/electricity had to be paid. When I wanted to pay I got told $270 for 2 nights + cleaning fee (which were never mentioned or written) + water/electricity. I did not pay more then I was told ($165) Please be aware to check the property + important information when booking for the correct amount / hidden fees.
