This house is amazing. All of it. The quiet location, the nature trails nearby, proximity to the beach and downtown, everything we needed in the kitchen, great layout. The outdoor shower was the selling point for our group. Just really lovely. We all just wanted to live in this house.

HEAPS...... Location Privacy Walkway access Lounge to Deck (indoor/outdoor flow) - to cater for our numbers on NY Day Outdoor shower All rooms had their own outdoor access Swimming - across the road (only during HIGH tide but had a 2 hr window) Access to one of the cool neighbors raft, for our kids to do MANU BOMBS! There's probably more, but all the goods outweighed the not so good. Beautiful Home 💜💚
Rubbish allocation & blue bags Over the few days we stayed at Kaitoke, we accumulated 4 bags of rubbish (only one was allowed), so we had to buy extra BLUE bags then take them to the refuse (which we ended up taking ALL our rubbish away). No hose to hose deck down BIG POT TAWHIRIMATEA - The Wind on NY Eve was WEST. (Can't control Mother Nature)
