Que es troba a primera línia de mar, i pots veure la platja des de l'allotjament.
Finca antiga reformada, però li manquen detalls.
Hi ha zona taronja a tots els voltants, per tant, no pots aparcar sense pagar enlloc a l'estiu. Seria interessant que et deixin plaça de pàrquing, perquè la finca té aparcament.
