Host was easy to get ahold of and very helpful for recommendations of things to do in the area (fishing, beaches, restaurants). Host was very quick to take care of issues that came up.
Beach front access... yes but you can't swim there defeating the purpose of renting a place on the beach. 3 bedrooms... yes, two bedrooms lead to the outside not recommended for little kids. Kitchen counter space... zero, outside kitchen area yes but very buggy and not good lighting for cooking dinner. Pool cleaning schedule would have been nice, he would show up in the evening to clean and add chemicals which means no more swimming that evening.
