Kleine Terrasse gehört zum Apartment. Klimatisiert, das ist sehr angenehm.
Straße ist nachts nicht beleuchtet, das ist ganz schön finster. Deshalb kleiner Punktabzug zur "Lage" --> Tipp: Handy-Licht benutzen.

Appartement bien décoré, arrivée autonome appréciable, parking facile dans la rue, proximité (6min à pieds) de quelques restaurants/bars sympas
Les toilettes/salle de bain ne sont séparés de la chambre (et du reste de l'appartement) que par un simple rideau. Nécessite une très bonne intimité des locataires...! Communication du propriétaire à améliorer: Ne répond à aucun message sur booking et il faut insister pour avoir des réponses précises par sms.
