We stayed at this villa in Zakynthos as a group of five. The space was clean, well-kept, beautifully decorated and had a lot of charm. The pool area and outdoor space were definite highlights — perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing together. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had most of what we needed for simple meals. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests 😍❤️ There was a bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. Very hospitable 🥰 The location was good: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the port, beaches, restaurants, markets and all the main sights. We wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Zakynthos!

The following things are not exactly minuses, just some things that we didn't expect, and i would have grateful if someone told me before, just to be aware of them: -We had 2 cars and there is not enough space in the parking area for 2 cars, but there is space outside. Also parking area is shared between the 2 villas. -The terraces of the two villas are very close and not fully separated, which means that the neighbors from the upper villa can see directly into our outdoor relaxation area. -It's probably a common thing on the island, but the water in the focet and bathroom is salty, so you can not use it for making coffee, for example. But the water in the markets is extremely cheap. -The bedrooms have little space for storage. Considering you are staying here for a week or more, you dont have enough space to put your things in order for the room to look clean. -There are bbq facilities, but take into consideration that there is no charcoal provided (which is totally ok). We bought it at a market for 7 euro. However, there was an open bag of solid fuel tablets, which was very useful. 👍 -The villa does not provide extra trash bag, which is a bit inconvenient. There are bins around the house, but usually, you throw everything in the kitchen bin. We asked for bags, and the managers provided them asap. We also didn't find soap for washing machine and the managers provided it the next day 😊 Thanks a lot! -There is no dishcloth in the kitchen, only paper towels. We had breakfast and dinner at home every day, and a dishcloth would have been great because there is always water spilled on the counter when you wash plates or vegetables.
