Nous avons apprécié la grande pièce à vivre, la super isolation, le quartier très calme et la qualité des pistes cyclables autour pour accéder à l'océan.
La maison est très bien agencée malgré quelques points négatifs : la très mauvaise évacuation de la douche (due certainement à une malfaçon car en contre pente), il manquerait des rideaux dans la pièce à vivre pour un peu plus d'intimité, de la lumière sur les terrasses auraient pu permettre de manger dehors, le frigo est vraiment petit et l'ajout d'une télé pour les jours de pluie serait un plus ...
