Mitato's Horizon

Abbiamo amato questa casa; vista meravigliosa su Mykonos con tramonti favolosi e solitudine assoluta essendo la casa piuttosto isolata. Pulizia ottima e assoluta disponibilità dei proprietari. La casa non è adatta a chi non ama usare la macchina: le spiagge più famose sono a 30-40 minuti e la città con tutti i suoi servizi dista 20-25 minuti di auto; la spiaggia antistante è rivolta a Nord quindi spesso battuta dal Meltemi non è frequentabile da bambini per le onde alte e per il fondale subito profondo. Ma se per voi non è un problema guidare ed amate il silenzio, i tramonti, la solitudine amerete come noi questo alloggio.

Lo scrivo solo per spirito di collaborazione pur non essendo problemi significativi: forse sarebbe utile integrare/aggiornare il set di pentole disponibili in cucina e fino a quando non sarà installata la pergola (c'è già la predisposizione) sarebbe utile fornire un ombrellone da giardino altrimenti le zone d'ombra in esterno sono veramente risicata durante il giorno.

Peace and quiet.. and the view of the 2 beaches and the ocean is great Nicely done stone finishing and furnishing, makes it feel like 'home'.

Being a property inspector I do notice some things everywhere I go.. that said here are just a few minor negatives. 2nd bedroom has no bedside lamp and master bedroom has only 1. When the North wind is blowing it is VERY windy, being on the hill. I would suggest the owners put a veranda on the front area for some shade to sit under when it is nice and calm weather.. by the looks of it they might still plan to do something at the front. The master bed is VERY soft, you sink into the mattress topper when sleeping.and wake up with a back ache. .by the looks of it you can't unzip it like most mattresses.. I would suggest to turn the mattress around for a firmer feel, which I did and was perfect then. I will also suggest to the owner to fix a shower fitting against the wall or put an overhead shower head and a glass panel as it is a bit uncomfortable with the shower head so low down and water gets all over the floor. but it was manageable The basin plug gets stuck, som maybe just need looking into. Also maybe to put a longer/larger washing line somewhere All In all it was a comfortable place to stay, however there are a few tweaks that could make it exceptionally comfortable.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, das Meer war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar, der Service war exzellent!

Einzigartige Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Herrlicher Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Sehr moderne Einrichtung, großräumig. Einzellage auf einem Hügel. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Nahe an wenig frequentiertem Strand. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und ausführliche Hilfe bei Rückfragen. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe.

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können.
