Great stay, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was very nice, too. The area is quiet. The ride to the airport was quick; we picked this stay for our last 2 nights in Egypt and relaxing there after all the prior adventures in Cairo and other places was a great way to end our trip
I wish the shower had a glass wall or something, because every time we took one it created a little flood on the bathroom's floor. The wi-fi didn't work very well, although the one the TV was connected to was working just fine (it was different from the one we got access to).

Amazing stay! The booking was for a foreign friend of mine, and they were extremely happy with the warm hospitality. Eng. Haitham is a fantastic owner with great professionalism, and Bassant was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed.

La villa numéro 1 pour tout étranger qui se respecte. L'hôte est d'une gentillesse inégalée, j'ai malheureusement eu très peu de chance en arrivant en Egypte car mon vol a été décalé de 4 heures et bien sachez qu'il a tout arrangé pour que je puisse arriver dans les meilleures conditions. Les chambres sont d'une propreté et d'une beauté inégalé. La piscine et le bar sont exceptionnelles et la rue est d'un calme incroyable. Je recommande cet endroit à tous français ou étranger qui viennent séjourner en Egypte vous n'y serez absolument pas déçu. De plus vous devez savoir qu'après mon séjour je suis parti à Hurghada et j'ai malheureusement oublié la chose la plus importante d'un voyageur : Mon passeport.
Et bien sachez que le propriétaire me l'a gardé pendant 1 mois complet jusqu'à mon retour et ça ça n'a pas de prix. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, loin de la nuisance sonore mais suffisamment près du centre ville, alors n'hésitez plus cette villa est définitivement faite pour vous. À mon retour en Égypte je n'essayerai pas de trouver autre chose, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.
