The hotel by itself.The upper management starting from the Gm level to the mid management needs to be more experienced, though they are extremely courteous,but inspite of thier promises to fulfill the requests of the customers the job is not done which wastes the valuable holiday time which is very precious to the guests.Th GM should intervene himself.
