Wygodny apartament, blisko do głównych atrakcji Kołobrzegu. Wyposażony w podstawowe rzeczy potrzebne na wakacjach.
Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystkie dźwięki z sąsiednich pokoi.

Niestety dużo słychać przez ściany (czasami za dużo) i internet słaby.

Czysto , ciepło, fajna możliwość wyjścia na taras
Fatalny materac ( miekki , wyrobiony) , prysznic uszkodzony . Daleko do parkingu - brak wózka do transportu bagażu przez daleki korytarz ( uciążliwe) .

Die Ostsee ist ca. 1 km entfernt vom Apartment. Der Chat mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos, es wurde schnell und freundlich auf Fragen geantwortet. Es war möglich die Kurtaxe in EURO zu hinterlegen.
Die gesamte Anlage grenzt an ein Industriegebiet. Die Bahnschienen verlaufen so nah an der Anlage, dass man jeden Zug hört. Wäre das Apartment zu einem günstigeren Preis vermietet worden, würde man drüber hinwegsehen. So aber hat mir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gefallen.
