The house location, very quiet. Plenty of parking for our needs. Three bathrooms to use. Lounge had plenty of seating for us. Very good facilities throughout.

Nothing to do with the property, which is top notch but be aware the tide does go out a long way at low tide

We loved the garden and 3 of the bedrooms but we weren’t impressed with the small 4th bedroom as really not suitable for an adult .
As above and there was an ant infestation in the kitchen!
