The location is surrounded by a few nice food place. Very near to 7-11 too. Very quiet neighbourhood.
A little out of the way from the city area. So need more train transfers.

Good location. (300m to train, 150m to konbini) Moderately equipped, a mix of traditional and modern style. Relatively spacious compared to some other Japaneese houses. Helpful owner. Definitely good deal for the price.
There was a lot of caution against making noise in the night, up to the point of threatening the police might be called. We did not have any issue at all, but seems like the neighbourgs migh have mindset form 19th century.
