Apartamentul, curatenia, amplasarea si vederea la mare.

Locatia este foarte bine pozitionata si intretinuta, dispune de numeroase facilitati ( piscine exterioare si o piscina interioara, locuri de joaca, restaurante etc ). Un mare plus pentru acest apartament il reprezinta privelistea !!
Din pacate mobilierul din camera s-a deteriorat destul de rau raportat la vechimea complexului si multe dintre componente erau zgomotoase sau nu se inchideau ( usile de la dressing, cateva usi de la mobilia din bucatarie etc ), aparatul de cafea nu era curatat deloc de la ultima utilizare,
