El apartamento de Tom merece un 10 por donde se mire. Quiero destacar la belleza de su decoración, lo completo de su equipamiento y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de Tom. El area de pileta es muy hermosa, da la sensación de estar en un cenote. Algunos comentarios señalan: a) que es ruidoso = falso, estuvimos en el departamento de martes a sábado y nunca el ruido nos molestó; b) que el colchón es muy duro = falso, la cama nos resultó muy apropiada. Por supuesto son cuestiones altamente subjetivas ambas. Tomás: felicitaciones, un apartamento de muy buen gusto, extremado confort y maravillosamente atendido. Fantastic location within walking distance to main square and other important places. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped if you want to cook. Stayed 4 nights. Tom was a terrific host and provided entrance info well in advance and stayed in touch with us throughout to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great water pressure, Washing machine, Pool, Filtered water, comfortable bed. Very modern apartment. We travel extensively and this was the best equipped apartment we’ve stayed in. Worth the extra money! A few things that we prepared for in advance. If you have a car, you’ll have to park in paid parking lots. There are several very close (less than 200m) of the apartment. We dropped our luggage at the apartment and parked at Estacionamento Don Pepe about a block south west as they had the best daily price. The apartment is at street level, so you’ll definitely need ear plugs. We always wear ear plugs and had no issues falling asleep, so be prepared. We would definitely stay here again. Merida has a beautiful centro with lots to see and lots of fantastic restaurants. If you have an extra day, Take the Autoprogreso bus to Progresso and keep the car parked. About 100 pesos for 2 people with return ticket!

Very nice, modern apartment, close to several good restaurants, and not far from 47th street's Gastronomy Corridor. Half a block up on 54th is a wonderful Uruguayan restaurant. The pool was a nice bonus: it's available to the whole building, but we were usually the only ones using it, and it was kept clean for our entire 2-week stay. WiFi, air conditioner, TV, water pressure, washer/dryer, kitchen, everything worked. The building staff are great, frequently there keeping the building clean and in good shape. We had a wonderful stay!

There's a bit of street noise in the bedroom, but to be expected in an urban environment, and relatively quiet at night when traffic comes down.

Appartement propre,comme nous n'avions pas reçu le code par le propriétaire , à 15hoo nous sommes restés dehors jusqu'à 16h37 j'ai demandé de m'envoyer le code par WhatsApp je l'ai reçu à 16h 40. Le personnel du nettoyage de l'immeuble nous a ouvert,ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. Propriétaire irrespectueux, surtout ne pas déranger monsieur,il ne répond plus au téléphone.
