L'appartement donnant sur la piscine(le lagon artificielle) Le lagon artificielle juste wouaaa . La matière du lagon garde l'eau chaud c'est agréable.

Le bruit à l'étage jusqu'à 23h des fois . Je sais pas si elle tirait les meuble mais tous les soir un peu abusé.

My only comment is for the Owner of the complex - and please pass this message on to him/her. Dear Owner of M2 Choisy Les Bains.Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment in beautiful Choisy Les Bains. The fact that you had a salad spinner makes me loyal to you forever! Teasing apart, I do have two comments for you which I hope you will hear - I have run a self-catering establishment in McGregor Cape Town for over 15 years and we have won several awards for our cottage and cabin, and four gardens. It is called, Plum Tree Cottage in McGregor. I have now sold it to a wonderful young woman who is keeping on our wonderful staff. I wanted to share something with you which I learned the hard way over the years. In self-catering establishments it is now accepted to have white sheets, duvets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Yes they can get stained but your use Varnish stain remover in your washing machine to clean them. However, you had unmatching sheets and pillow cases. The fitted sheet was green, the top sheet blue - all of the linen looked tired. The duvet cover was a double and the duvet itself was a King - the duvet no longer covered those sleeping in the bed. The duvet cover was torn/sewn. It is very important to have crisp white cotton sheets - and all the other bed linen. It is fine to have darker towels but that are matching. So you can have blue and green which seem to be your preferred colours - you do not have to have white towels. But all your towels were tired and worn. This is such an important point as I am sure you want your place to be very popular. Also I would suggest leaving clear instructions for connecting the internet and working the tv. It is not usual in other countries to go to YOU TUBE for tv etc. Many thanks Dr Sunny ([email protected])

We booked through Booking.com an apartment in Mauritius (Choisy Les Bains M2) that it ended up to be managed by Host Agents even though we also dealed with a local person. We had an issue with the apartment cleaning conditions as it wasn't as expected, we informed both the local manager and Host Agents but the only answer was a sincere apologies but no actions were kept... It looks hard to run property with such a distance writing messages or by phone.
