For the price this is an exceptionally good value place to say. Right next to the Minster and only a short walk to the centre of town. The room was large and clean with better facilities than I expected for what I paid.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but it was ok for a couple of nights.

Good value location next to Minster. Handy for town centre. Parking on adjacent street, right outside Minster, by electronic residents pass.
Not the fault of the property, but couldn't sleep due to noise from Minster through the night.
