The accommodation was very spacious (82 m2), it had everything we needed for a two-day stay. It was so spacious that, if I were the host, I would gladly fill it with an additional piece of bathroom furniture and a washing machine. As a more significant addition, I would also recommend an L-shaped kitchen, which would then suit those guests who like more work surface when cooking.
Of course, this is just a recommendation to the host. The rental price of the apartment would then certainly increase.
As for the host, he was very accommodating when we needed an urgent intervention. He reacted immediately and started solving the problem, very efficiently and quickly.
Parking on the street is charged (7:00-20:00 on weekdays, 7:00-14:00 on Saturdays), but the host has provided a large dirt parking lot, where you can see your vehicles from the balcony.
Location was in the center, so everything was very close.
We hope to see you again next year.

Zentrale Lage, sehr netter und informativer Vermieter, sehr großzügiges Appartement mit schöner Aussicht und gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Möglichkeiten zum Essen und der blaue See sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parken vor dem Haus.
