Bueno Paradise Condo In Marbella

Nice appartment with sea view from the nice balcony, very big nice pool. Nice furniture, all the necessary appliances, great beds, with great pillows, a lot of very nice towels, plenty of drinking water provided. They let us check out without complaint or extra charge. That was very kind. Communication with host is excellent. Other staff is also kind. There is a nice bistro onside next to the beach with sea view and a supermarket and restaurant across the street.

The airconditioning is always on, centralised and can't be adjusted. The temperature was fine in one bedroom, in the other we would have turned it up, in the living room we would have turned it off, especially when we left the apartment. It is not comfortable to go into the sea from the complex, because of rocks, may be a bit further down the beach. We were under the impression they were in the middle of a renovation. There were building materials under one bed and behind the couches. A lot of things were broken; fans in the living room and on the balcony didn't work, intercom fell of the wall, racks were loose in the bathroom, the bedlamps could not be plugged in because the cords were to short, stopper sink was lame and a toilet seat was loose. We didn't have warm water in the shower. It seemed like it was turned off because the water stopped running when we turned it to hot. The host offered to send a mechanic, but we didn't feel like that because we were only there one day. Then she offered not to collect the security deposit, but we already paid and there hadn't been any mention of a security deposit and I didn't find any reason for a security deposit because so many things were broken already. Furthermore a security deposit is supposed to be returned, so I don't see how that is compensation. I didn't make a point of that. Anyhow, I think the cleaner already noticed there was no hot water, since it could have been cleaner in the apartment, especially the bathrooms. All in all I think almost 200 US dollars a night is way too much under these circumstances. That is a high price, then you don't expect this kind of issues, even in Europe.

Fantastic Seaview, awesome accomodations, great people, very helpful and kind host...well I have to say that those vacations are our top 3 from all time(and we did travel a lot)!
