Proche de la zone portuaire. Propre. Quelques touches déco bien sympas. Kitchenette avec mini frigo, indispensable. Bouilloire et machine à café, nickel. Pas testé le micro-ondes et la vitrocéramique pour cuire mais présents. Grille-pain également mais non testé.
Literie inconfortable. C'est le gros point noir. Matelas qui s'enfonce avec des ressorts bruyants dessous, le pied ! Oui c'est ironique. Joint du tour de la baignoire à changer, pas sérieux. Et la première nuit un bruit de goutte-à-goutte nous a réveillé vers 4 h - 4 h 30, ça a duré bien 1 h, et pas l'évier de cuisine, pas le lavabo de sdb mais un appareil caché dans un placard fermé à clé dans l'entrée, sûrement un cumulus ou ballon... à faire réviser ou changer. Cette 1re nuit a donc été ruinée.
