The villa is in a quiet complex of maybe 50 villas.
The size is quite good for a fammily or group of friends.
Karaoke system there is quite good.
The beds are comfy.
Aircon in every room. You have barbeque , washing machine and everything you need.
The staff was as it should.Discreet and available for anything that needed to be fixed.
The pool is quite small but still you can enjoy a plunge for relaxation.
The furniture is showing signs that it is time to be replaced. That couch in the living room though still somehow comfy it kind of needs to be replaced.
So just a few things might need an update/replacement.
It you do not rent a car or motorbike everything will feel to be far away. Even Jomtien will feel far.
And that is what the taxi drivers know :)

The apartment was fantastic to stay in, and the hostesses Nod and May were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.
Nothing of major concern. Any minor problems were promptly attended to by management.
