Vor dem Haus ist die Straße und ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz, das Appartment in der 1. Etage. Das trübt etwas die Sicht aufs Meer. Der Balkon geht über die halbe Front und bietet ganztägig Sonne. Das Bett war bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Zu unserer Zeit war nur wenig Verkehr - wen es stört, die Fenster schließen ganz gut. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich. Wer die kostenlose Tiefgarage nutzen möchte, sollte gut rangieren können. Einrichtung etwas älter. War aber sauber und hat alles funktioniert, auch das WiFi. Es ist eine vollwertige Küchenausstattung mit allen Arten an Geräten vorhanden. Schön wären noch ein paar Kaffeekapseln - sollte im Preis drin sein. Am Strand ist man schnell, die Lage ist gut.

The flat is extremely spacious and functional. It even comes with a space in the underground garage. Just mind those pillars as spaces are quite tight! It comprises the following: master bedroom, bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with bath, kitchen/living room, balcony, underground garage. The beds are comfortable. There is no air conditioning but it was not need as the flat stayed quite cool. You will be a stone's throw from the local beach, only having to cross the street and take the stairs leading to it. Even though the flat is located along the street, it is well soundproofed and you will hardly hear any noise if you close the windows. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

Unfortunately the flat was not clean (the floor had marks, the bathroom was smelly (especially the area around the toilet), some of the crockery had food remains on it. In general, the whole flat would benefit from some deep cleaning. The furniture was not the same as the one in the picture. It was actually older and looked a bit tired.
