Fewo ohne Frühstück

Telefonischer Kontakt während der Sprechzeiten war erst nach viermaligen Versuchen und einer Email möglich (Anrufe wurden nicht angenommen). Nach Ankündigung unserer Ankunftszeit nach 18:00 wurden wir in einer unhöflichen Art aufgefordert , dafür noch weitere 15,- € für einen neuen Schlüsselfachcode zu überweisen (obwohl wir bereits einen Code hatten). Der zur Fewo gehörende Parkplatz konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, dieser war bereits besetzt.
