Blue Door Apartment - CBD Location, 2 Bed 2 Bath

Great location. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The shower was really good. Kitchen well stocked.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Too firm.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to the main streets, great coffee shops nearby. The bedrooms are a good size, and the ensuite bathrooms were fantastic. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. Good sized fridge, small dishwasher and a lovely front verandah to have a morning or afternoon coffee. Air con also for cold or hot days.

Nothing that we could fault.

We loved having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, both with heated floors. The kitchen was small but perfectly equipped. The location was ideal, walkable to everything we wanted to explore.

Really nothing. The remotes for the TV needed new batteries so we replaced them.

Location was great: able to walk to central Orange. Parking provided. Bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and modern.

The heating was not on when we arrived, and the apartment was freezing. Even with all air conditioning units working at full capacity, it took until the next morning to feel warm. We then had to leave them on for the duration of our stay to keep the unit at a bearable temperature. The air conditioning units were very noisy. There were also no electric blankets to compensate. There are a few maintenance issues that need attention, such as the hinges on the front door (missing several screws) and the stability of the black shelf unit in the second bathroom. Although the company who manage the apartment were professional and available, the wifi and password given in the Check-in information were incorrect, and there were no coffee pods provided (although there was space for them). Overall, a little more care would have been appreciated.
