Easy check-in. The apartment was spacious and clean. Great for families. The host was attentive. Keep up the good work
Water pressure was low and sometimes hot water didn't work properly after 2nd person taking shower. Only 1 hairdryer, they promised to deliver one more but nothing happened. The queen size bed needs an upgrade.

It was soooo spacious. Very large living areas.
Parking need building extremely narrow entrance/exit.
Parking further away not convenient to offloading luggage.

The Key card reader did not work in the evening of the second day. No staff was reachable. More than 15 calls, also from the hotel staff. Luckily the hotel staff let us in after 3 hours of negotiation,even if they are not allowed to do it. Cloudbnb should allow them to do it in such cases...
