From the moment you are warmly greeted at reception until you leave you are very well looked after.
Staff constantly busy around the grounds keeping things tidy.
Restaurant/ breakfast staff all very attentive.
Wanted to eat healthy and could do with out a problem
Patio door locks not the best for security, had to call an engineer to fix one lock which was completed within a couple of hours.
Unfortunately before we left this same lock had failed again Probably not the best design or becoming worn.
Constant problem with ants and flying ants through the same patio doors.
They stayed mostly by the door so not an infestation, we have the same problem in our property in the uk at this time of year.

I loved how friendly the staff were. From the very beginning of our trip, the staff could not do enough. They give us an upgrade, provided us with a late check out. The kindness was exceptional. Special shout out to Diogo in reception who done everything he could for us. The hotel are lucky to have staff like they do.

The location and outlook were ideal. It was quiet, relaxing and the perfect end to a long trip. I t was close to Albufeira town, in between Lagos & Portimao a Faro and Tavira, although a car is handy.
I do feel that few minor improvements would make this property a 5 star, which seems to be something they are trying to do since Hyatt’s take over, as they have been asking guests how they could make our stay better.
Having a property barista coffee machine at breakfast, would be a start.
I could list a few more items, however, I expect these would be addressed in the near future.

The room was fine and the staff was very hospitable and courteous
The information and photos provided were inaccurate with respect to direct access to the beach. The property has a very difficult/ cliff top access to a very small rocky beach, barely a few meters wide! while it was make to appear that the property has beach front access. The kids were disappointed since we chose the property simply because it appeared it had beach access.
