The property is very well situated, close to the metro station, beside a grocery store and in a very safe neighbourhood. Very clean and nice apartment, with swimming pool , exercise and laundry room. Perfect for 4 people

I have a parking space with the appartment, it was complicated to get the access card, and it never work properly,I wasn’t able to access with it the second barrier. The personal in the reception was very nice, but they did not have any idea how the system for the parking card work, and it took 3 days to get a card. I even have to pay a day, because they didn’t now that they have to give me a card Also some details missing, no bath matt, what is even a little bit dangerous and slippery when you get out of the shower. No dish cloth to dry dishes, and no information about how things in the building work: like swimming pool or exercise room hours, how tv work or laundry room information. When you are at the building, you need that kind of info, lucky i found other residents to give me info about it I have picture only of the view from the apartment

The view was very nice from the balcony and the bed linens and mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the cabinets were nice. The building itself is well designed and modern. There's a mall and other shops very close by. Good showers and water pressure.

It was difficult to communicate with the host and the front desk personnel didn't have my name when I arrived. There was no central heat but there were 2 space heaters, one of which didn't work. The broken was replaced and when it was turned on the breaker tripped and we had to call to find where the electrical box was. The small dining table has 3 legs and when I put my carry on bag on it as I walked in, the table fell over. The couch also has no padding and is very uncomfortable.
