The property is relatively new, modern and well maintained. Our rooms were clean when we arrived, and the bathrooms were particularly nice — modern, well finished, with a good shower and a bidet spray, which we really appreciated. Private parking was very convenient as we were traveling by car. The host, Ibrahim, was friendly and communicated with us respectfully. I also appreciated his positive and professional response when I shared some suggestions with him after our stay. He was genuinely receptive to feedback and interested in improving the guest experience.

Rather than describing these as negatives, I think there are a few things future guests should simply know before booking. We booked two Deluxe Double Rooms. Booking.com currently lists this room type as 45 m², while the rooms we stayed in felt considerably smaller to us. The confirmation also displayed “You booked 2 apartments,” although the individual units were described as Deluxe Double Rooms. I mentioned this to the host, and he kindly said he would review the information on Booking.com to make sure it is as clear and accurate as possible. For longer stays, guests may also wish to clarify the housekeeping arrangements in advance. During our six-night stay, there was no room cleaning, towel replacement or linen change. The host explained that services may be organized differently, so I recommend simply asking about this when checking in. The Wi-Fi was weak and unstable during our stay despite high-speed internet being listed with our reservation, so guests who depend heavily on internet access may want to check this. The property is a small accommodation building rather than a conventional full-service hotel. There is no traditional reception/lobby, no elevator and no luggage assistance, so guests traveling with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Payment was cash only during our stay. As international travelers, we had to withdraw local currency from an ATM and incurred withdrawal/currency-conversion fees, so I recommend confirming the payment method and preparing cash in advance. Overall, the property is modern and clean, with very good bathrooms and convenient private parking. The host was receptive to our feedback, and I believe the property has good potential as these details continue to be improved

Objekat ima jako ljepe sobe, ciste uredne i mirisne. Namjestaj je potpuno nov narocito udoban krevet. Naljepsi utisak nam je ostavijo gospodin Ibro koji nam je bio dostupan 24 sata cak nam je i omogucijo pranje vesa jer nismo imali masine u sobi. Jedan od najljepsih djelova objekta jim je terasa koja je ogromna na zadnjem spratu i omogucava preljep pogled . Tople preporuke mi ce mo se sigurno vratit ponovo 🤗
