Skyline Palermo

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, diria que melhor é impossível. Fica mesmo perto da Porta Nuova, mas do lado de fora da zona ZTL. Portanto dá para levar carro sem problema, o estacionamento foi fácil, mesmo sendo época alta. Zona bastante tranquila, mas com tudo próximo. A limpeza excelente. Apartamento renovado recentemente, decoração bonita. Alojamento com todos os utensílios, só fica a faltar uma torradeira ou tostadeira para os pequenos almoços. A anfitriã Roberta é impecável.

O apartamento possui ar condicionado, mas como só funciona quando estamos efetivamente dentro do apartamento, quando chegamos da viagem encontramos o alojamento muito quente mesmo. Dias de muito calor por Palermo, os estores das janelas abertos quando chegamos e o sol a bater direto nas janelas foi horrível. Vínhamos com calor da viagem e não conseguimos refrescar no alojamento a não ser após 2 horas. O ar condicionado está no quarto e este só ficou fresco com as portas fechadas e estores fechados passado 2 horas. A cozinha tem ventoinha de teto, mas não faz qualquer diferença, não refresca absolutamente nada. E o ar condicionado do quarto é muito fraco. Assim que saímos do alojamento e retiramos a chave do local que aciona a eletricidade, o ar condicionado, a ventoinha e a luz da cozinha ficam totalmente desligadas. Ora quando regressamos de novo ao apartamento vai estar quente novamente. Estivemos nisto 4 dias. Tínhamos de passar a noite com o ar ligado para ficar fresco. E digo fresco e não gelado. Apenas este aspeto negativo, mas que acabou por impactar a nossa estadia .

Great balcony

Bins outside were quite badly overflowing, but this isn’t the properties fault, more the local authorities

Balkongen med utsikt över Palermo var svår att slita sig ifrån. Vi satt där på kvällen innan vi gick ut för att käka, men även när vi kom hem efteråt. Svårslaget! Hittade parkering utanför och Roberta kollade via foto att vi kunde stå där. Rent, fint och bra.

The actual location of the room and the room itself were very nice. I had a balcony that overlooked the city and there were some amazing views at night.

I didn’t like the fact that I had asked previously if there was designated parking. The parking was you need to drive around and find it. Being that it is very hard to find parking. I had no choice but to find a spot that was about four blocks away and had to drag my luggage. Also, the property itself was in what looked like it was a parking garage. It was very difficult to find. There was absolutely no one that met me there too walk me through the process of getting into the building and my room. I was kind of left to my own devices of Finding it, figuring out how to get in, and especially finding a parking spot. That was a main question. I asked before I had even booked if there was specific spots for parking and I was told yes there were which there are not.
