Lepo, toplo. Sve novo i funkcionalno. Nova zgrada. Dovoljno parkinga. Šoping centar i Lidl u neposrednoj blizini. Ljubazna domaćica. Stan opremljen sa posuđem, tu su i Den za kosu, pegla i daska za peglanje. Mašina za pranje i sušenje veša.
Garnitura za spavanje u dnevnom boravku je u redu, i sasvim funkcionalna, ali ne baš najudobnija.
