Great price and privacy

The property is central to so many interesting places to visit on the Sunshine Coast and in the hinterland. It’s private and had everything we needed. It was nice to be greeted with a packet of Tim Tams. The outlook from the back verandah was lovely, as were the horses that came up to the fence along the road, looking for us to bend a few bamboo stalks for them to reach the leaves. And having two toilets is always a bonus. The bedrooms are spacious, and separated from the living area by the deck, which is great as it allows those who want to watch TV to do so without disturbing their travel companion. Very clever use of space in the main living/ kitchen/ bathroom areas. For people with kids, there is tons of space outside for them to run and play.

The road noise at night was a significant issue. Heavy traffic on the Bruce Highway continued well into the night, and increased again about 5am. The sound of the heater/aircon does block it, but if you don’t like the heater/aircon on during the night, you’ll experience the highway noise magnified in the night air.

Lots of games and activities for kids. Good size living space and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Interesting layout. Pretty location.

Motorway runs right beside property and was quite loud. Very small bathroom.
