El apartamento lo gestiona un hotel. Y la atención que me dieron en la recepción fue excelente en todo momento. Me indicaron donde podría aparcar en la calle de forma gratuita, me proporcionaron un mapa turístico actualizado y hasta me resolvieron alguna duda con la sintonización de la Smart TV. Durante la estancia hubo un día en el que no funcionó la Wifi. Además de informarme puntualmente del estado de la reparación, me ofrecieron el desayuno buffet gratis durante 2 días (no lo tenía contratado) y además una compensación económica.
El alojamiento está situado cerca de la estación de tren de La Coruña. En general, es una zona tranquila, pero mis ventanas daban directamente a una vía muy transitada, por lo que tenía que mantenerlas cerradas para evitar el ruido. Pero como el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado (mi visita fue en el mes de agosto), tampoco fue un problema demasiado grave.
