Sparkling clean. Comfortable and quality beds and fully aircon. Filtered water is provided and in both room temperature and hot water. Instant coffee and biscuits were provided. Washing machine was clean and detergent is provided as well. Plenty of room to dry laundry in Malaysia hot weather.

1) The location, which is near the town, easily accessible eateries which serve popular Muar dishes (eg. mee bandung, seafood, murtabak Singapore) and not to be missed attractions (eg. Tanjung Emas). 2) The place is also peaceful, very clean, well- equipped (eg. water filter, Netflix, air-conditioned bedrooms n living room) and well looked after. 3) Easy communication with the owner. He responded fast to my messages. TQ
