La proximité du centre ville. La fonctionnalité, le calme et la propreté du logement. Les informations données par le propriétaire étaient très complètes.
Petit déjeuner un peu léger (biscottes, confitures, céréales, thé, café) : un laitage en plus aurait été apprécié. La pliure du canapé une fois déplié n'est pas très confortable.
