Central & Modern Penthouse

* The terrace is truly exceptional and perfect for relaxing. * The apartment is very well equipped. * There are plenty of Maltese adapters for European plugs throughout the apartment, which was very convenient. * The location is perfect, many shops and public transport stops very near, and the building itself is nice and well maintained. * Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free.

* Some parts of the apartment are showing signs of wear and tear, such as the shower cabin door. * Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a bird (possibly a rooster or a similar species) that starts calling early in the morning. The noise can be loud enough to wake up and disturb guests who would like to sleep in. This is obviously not something the host can control, but it is worth mentioning as one of the inconveniences of staying in this apartment.

L'emplacement de cet appartement est parfait à la fois proche des bars et restaurants sans être bruyant(hormis le chant des coqs 🐓 mais ça ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte) La terrasse est très grande même si nous n'en avons pas beaucoup profité car nous étions en mars Il y avait suffisamment de vaisselle en tout cas pour nous. Nous avons apprécié avoir un lave linge, une planche et un fer à repasser ainsi que les produits pour la douche. Et je garde le meilleur pour la fin ... Julien et Monica sont de supers hôtes. Ils ont toujours répondus très rapidement et trouver des solutions .

Ce n'est pas vraiment un gros soucis mais il faudrait éventuellement mettre une petite note pour informer qu'il y a un interrupteur dans la chambre pour faire fonctionner le lave linge

L'emplacement de l'appartement, tout est proximité bus, ferry. l'appartement était impeccable
