Quizá que me gustaría estuviera más cerca del malecón jeje

Está súper bien ubicado. La decoración de muy buen gusto y la distribución del cuarto muy bien pensada.

No pudimos tener la TV con wifi por un problema técnico que no se reparó, el ventilador solo funcionaba con mucha intensidad y no había un nivel más tranquilo y tuvimos un par de cucarachas en el cuarto.

Cold reception from the property manager, and a very bizarre organization process: First, Booking.com asks for your arrival time and you get an email confirming your time. Then the Cncierge asks again on WhatsApp - fine, you answer. Then the property manager asks the exact same question a third time from another number. By the third request, I stopped replying, assuming the first two confirmations were enough. Apparently not: when we arrived, the property was locked and we waited outside in the Mexican heat until someone came to open the gate. Third time’s the charm, I guess. We also asked for help booking a taxi to the airport, since Uber was unavailable when we looked for a car from the airport. The manager just texted that she couldn't help with that and gave us a valuable advice to use an app The property itself may be fine, but the communication and service were disappointing.
