Apartment in the heart of the 9th arrondissement

It was very clean and practical. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were on hand for any issues and very responsive.

Well located and it has variety of utensils on the kitchen.

It’s quite uncomfortable to go up the stairs as there is so little space, also no room to place luggage. In addition, it was very dusty, specially on the upper room

Great location, close to several metro stations on different lines, supermarket at the end of the road, a short walk to Butte Montmartre, Gare du Nord etc. the beds were comfortable, and I liked the shower.

It’s a bit of a goldfish bowl, and as it’s at pavement level the street noise is very loud and disruptive (although quiet from midnight to 6.30am.) Surrounding apartments can look directly into the living space, but not the bedrooms (one of which is a kind of mezzanine with low ceiling). It needs some love- the plastic sheet on the windows to stop people looking in was held in place with band aids, the toilet seat was broken, the radiators are a bit of a puzzle. The bench seat is very uncomfortable so there’s nowhere to sit and read in the evening. There is space for a little sofa or armchair, but there is a pot plant there instead.
