Appartamento moderno e arredato con gusto, dotato di un gradevolissimo spazio esterno privato attrezzato con un grande tavolo e ombrellone. Pulizia impeccabile e proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Buona qualità e fornitura di stoviglie da cucina. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente in strada appena all'esterno dell'appartamento. Il centro si raggiunge in circa cinque minuti di cammino e nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti diversi supermercati.
Manca un cestino in bagno, ma la valutazione complessiva è ottima.
