Efi, part of the hosting team, was very welcoming. She quickly and expertly explained everything about the facilities. She was helpful with any questions that I had. Communication was easy. There is ample parking for two cars since my colleague and I traveled in separate vehicles. The area is quiet.

The bathroom door and door to the single bed room don't appropriately latch. The front door latch clearly is in significant need of repair. I felt sorry for the property managers as it looked like they were caught unawares and had to do last second repairs just so that it would close properly when we arrived. A board was peeling up on the front decking and had to be screwed down the afternoon of our arrival. One air conditioner for the whole house means you have to leave doors open and disturb one another. For the price probably could have found something better, but it was adequate.
