Nice to have a bed and should be grateful! But they shouldn't run a service that you serve people '

The location was good

Got my room clean and bed made once in over 4 weeks! Run out of toilet paper a few times and soap and paper towels, noisy neighbours in the early hours of the morning, asking for towels repeatedly, staff don't talk or help !the morning I left knocking on my door at 945am, leave key and 10am pointing to time to leave, just rude no void morning basically ignoring you and when tv goes missing wanting to search room! No tv or oven going! Should I go on

If you don't mind mould, you're gold.

Bed was very comfortable, our bathroom was quite clean.

Room smelled of damp, you could see water in the ceiling and on the walls. There is mould. The house itself was a bit bare and why the weird hooks everywhere? Place was a little creepy.

Tidy, comfy room

Perfectly comfy stay for a solo traveller. Well managed and maintained. Clean and very tidy. Booking and checking in was very easy.

Not coming back

The shower pressure was good but small. The kitchen facilities were good. That said. Oven not working with a notice due to previous guest. But how is that our problem?

The room was in a very poor state and too expensive for that size. Paint coming of the walls, doors were full of marks/ damages. Room definitely needs a make over. The bed was in the corner with hardly space to walk past on one end. No bed side table or lamp. We also had food stolen from the fridge which the owner cant do anything about. But still, that was very annoying and the only other guest denied taking it. Freezer also not working. Disappointed stay.

Toilet Paper had 3 layers

Mold in my room. Disgusting smell all the time. Even with a ventilator and open windows. Almost empty house, broken stove, instead of fixing it they just put a sign there that other people broke it.

The people are very helpful most specially dealing with the stove as its quite difficult to navigate, very high tech. They are easy to talk to and give you lots of privacy.

Just a few things to address

Was reasonably priced

As I arrived about 9.30pm it needs some sort of lighting on pathway to find the door. Before that I couldn't find a number on the street. There's one there on looking in the morning, but it's covered in vines. The house is very empty of any furniture and smoke alarm in the hallway was beeping
