A good location to stay for both work and study during the trip
The property requires several maintenance and repair improvements. The rooms need repainting, and the windows should be made more easily accessible. Sensor lighting is needed at the main entrance, as it becomes very dark at night and poses a safety concern. The TV facility was completely out of order.
The kitchen requires a new fridge and a hot press for making toasted sandwiches. In the private bedroom with an ensuite, the toilet seat moves during use and appears to need repair or replacement.
