Location
The smell of cleaning products upon our arrival was a little....intoxicating. Way too strong and we had to leave the windows open to not feel that we were in a hospital.

Very conveniently located near LACMA, Academy Museum, La Brea Tar Pits, Metro. Right across from Ralph's, Starbucks, Staples, etc. So many restaurants close by. Very comfortable, relatively spacious studio apartment with lovely small balcony. Beautiful pool and spa available but I didn't use.
Garbage disposal and lights above sink didn't work (perhaps an electrical problem, GFI circuit). I didn't want to cause any inconvenience by reporting the problem or trying to fix it myself. Renter must buy own paper towels and facial tissues, but not toilet paper (?).

Easy access, good location. Good communications with the owner or agent but he didn't correct the problems.
The TV and coffee maker didn't work and weren't fixed or replaced during my stay. View is of an inner courtyard.
